Thank you for setting this up Jemma.

I have had LC since Jan 2021. Has definitely exacerbated conditions asthma and migraines which are far worse. The most difficult thing though is learning to live with the fatigue.

Left work end of 2021 as was too much on top of other responsibilities including being a carer.

Have moved forward from where I was then but it's still very tricky.

Hello Claudia! Thank you for sharing your story. I am so sorry to hear you’ve been struggling for a long time and also now you have new conditions you have to battle too. Pleased you feel you have made improvement, but of course still very tricky. You should be really proud of yourself Claudia with all that you have done and with being a carer. It’s great to have you here. What has been one thing you’ve found has helped your recovery? Sending lots of love ❤️

Thank you so much for joining Claudia ❤️

Hi everyone,

Nice to meet you all (although none of us want to be here!) Thanks Jemma for starting this space 😊

Quick intro - I’m 42 and live in Rutland. NHS worker who managed to work throughout the pandemic and then got Covid last March on annual leave 🙈. Sadly been off sick ever since and officially leave my job next Friday. I live on my own with 5 cats and have listened to a lot of audiobooks in the last 15 months!
